AI Adoption Working Session

A ninety-minute, paid front door to AI for your business.

For founder-operators, operations leads, and solo professionals with one real workflow that needs to move. One senior operator. One memo you can forward. By the end of the call you have something working in your business — not a slideshow about it.

An AI Adoption Working Session is a paid 90-minute session where 11 Mile Co helps one real business workflow use AI inside the tools you already have. You leave with a working pattern, the prompts or steps to keep using it, and a memo that names the honest next step.

The Problem

You were told to use AI. Nobody sold you the first step.

Between “I should be using AI” and “this saved me four hours last week,” there is a gap. Every option on the menu either skips that gap, or charges twenty thousand dollars to cross it.

Bring one workflow that repeats often, wastes time, or creates follow-up risk. Good fits include intake, scheduling, inbox triage, invoices, reporting, customer follow-up, proposals, and internal summaries. The session works best when the workflow has a clear owner and tools you already use.

Too generic. They don't know your customers, your tools, or where your time actually goes. You learn the verbs; your business stays the same.

02

$10–25k consulting assessment

Valuable — but not where most businesses start. A full engagement makes sense once you know which workflows matter. A working session gets you there faster.

Six months. Eighty thousand. All before you've confirmed where AI fits. Most owners can't justify the bet on intuition.

The Offer

A first rung that's small enough to say yes to.

Inside the Session

Ninety minutes, three parts, one working thing at the end.

You do not need a technical setup before the session. Bring the workflow, the tools involved, example inputs or outputs, and the outcome you want. We map what data touches which tool before making connections, and you approve the path before anything gets wired.

0100:00 – 00:15 · Orient

Map the workflow.

We walk the workflow you picked end-to-end. Who touches it, what tools are in play, and where the time goes.

Out: A shared picture of the workflow today.

0200:15 – 01:15 · Build

Wire the AI piece, live.

The hour everyone else skips. We configure, prompt, and connect AI into the tools you already use — your inbox, your docs, your CRM. You watch it work.

Out: A working pattern, in your account.

0301:15 – 01:30 · Ship

Decide what runs this week.

We agree on what you'll actually use starting Monday, what to watch for, and what the next workflow might be. Nothing leaves as homework.

Out: A short plan + memo within 48 hours.

Who It's For

Built for owners. Not for engineers, not for tinkerers.

Profile 01

The Founder-Operator

I'm running the whole shop and I need hours back this quarter, not next year.

  • Wears every hat. Books, sales, hiring, ops.
  • Has tried ChatGPT — knows it's powerful, can't make it stick.
  • Wants one workflow off their plate, not a transformation program.

Often: 5–25 person services, trades, agencies, e-com

Profile 02

The Operations Lead

The owner keeps asking what we're doing about AI. I need a real answer by Friday.

  • Pressure from above to “do something with AI.”
  • No engineering team, no clear starting point.
  • Needs a defensible plan that doesn't risk daily ops.

Often: COO, GM, head of ops at 20–150 person firms

Profile 03

The Solo Professional

My whole business is email, documents, and follow-ups. AI should fit me.

  • Independent. Time is the product.
  • Repeat patterns: intake, proposals, summaries, replies.
  • One workflow shift can recover a full day a week.

Often: Consultants, lawyers, accountants, agents, advisors

The Follow-Up Memo

One page. Forwardable.

Every working session ends with a single-page memo, delivered within forty-eight hours. Not a deck. Not a fifty-page deliverable. One page you can read in two minutes and send to a partner, a CFO, or your accountant.

It captures what we reviewed, the pattern we set up, what to watch for, and — if it makes sense — what the next paid step would be.

Recommended next step

Workflow Audit for the next set of workflows — or a 2nd session in 2 weeks to extend the pattern to scheduling.

Where This Leads

A first step into bigger work — only if you want it.

Start with the Working Session when you need a practical first step for one workflow. Choose AI Integration Consulting when you already know the opportunity is larger: multiple workflows, systems mapping, vendor evaluation, roadmap work, implementation planning, or a full $10k-$20k engagement.

When AI is now a function

Most clients stop after rung one or two. That's a feature, not a failure. The working session exists to find the right rung — including “no further rung needed.” When the session confirms a larger opportunity, AI Integration Consulting is where the work continues.

Pricing

Two ways in.

The AI Adoption Working Session costs $500 single session or $900 two-session pack. There is no subscription, minimum commitment, or hidden implementation retainer. The larger AI Integration Consulting rung is a separate $10k-$20k engagement when the work needs a full assessment.

Single session

One workflow, ninety minutes, one memo.

$500/ 90 min session
  • 90-minute live working session
  • Workflow request reviewed before the session
  • One-page follow-up memo within 48 hrs
  • 30 days of light email follow-up

Set the pattern, then extend it.

$900/ two sessions

Saves $100 versus two single sessions.

  • Two 90-minute sessions, 2–3 weeks apart
  • Session 1: set the pattern on one workflow
  • Session 2: extend, or take on a second workflow
  • Two memos, plus a short between-session check-in

Common Questions

Answers we give before anyone has to ask.

The Working Session does not include company-wide AI strategy, custom software development, production implementation, ongoing managed support, or a permanent automation buildout. It is designed to prove one workflow pattern, document what changed, and identify whether a larger engagement is worth pursuing.

How much does the AI Adoption Working Session cost?

The AI Adoption Working Session costs $500 for one 90-minute session or $900 for a two-session pack. There is no subscription, no minimum commitment, and no bundled retainer. Larger AI Integration Consulting work is a separate $10k-$20k engagement when the scope is bigger.

What is the difference between the single session and the two-session pack?

The single session focuses on one workflow in one 90-minute working block. The two-session pack sets the first pattern, then extends it two to three weeks later or applies the same approach to a second workflow. It is best when the pattern will recur.

What workflow should I bring?

Bring one workflow that repeats often, wastes time, or creates follow-up risk. Intake, scheduling, inbox triage, invoice prep, reporting, proposals, and customer follow-up are good candidates. The best workflow has a clear owner, a visible handoff, and tools already in daily use.

What tools or data should I have ready?

Bring the tools involved in the workflow, a few example inputs or outputs, and the result you want. You do not need a technical setup. We map what data touches which tool before making connections, and you approve the path before anything gets wired.

Do I pay before scheduling?

Yes. After you request the session, we review the workflow fit, create the request in Patina, send a manual invoice, and schedule the paid session once payment is handled. That keeps the calendar tied to a confirmed workflow and a paid working block.

How is this different from AI Integration Consulting?

The Working Session is one workflow, 90 minutes, and a practical pattern you can keep using. AI Integration Consulting is the larger $10k-$20k rung for multiple workflows, systems mapping, vendor evaluation, roadmap work, implementation planning, or a broader engagement.

What is not included?

The Working Session does not include company-wide AI strategy, custom software development, production implementation, ongoing managed support, or a permanent automation buildout. It proves one workflow pattern, documents what changed, and identifies whether a larger engagement is worth pursuing.

When is the session not the right fit?

The session is not the right fit when there is no workflow owner, no repeatable process, no accessible tools or examples, or a need for custom product development. It is also too small for company-wide transformation work that needs discovery, stakeholder interviews, and implementation planning.

Do I need to be technical?

No. The whole point of the session is that we bring the technical part. If you can use email and a spreadsheet, you have everything you need.

Will you try to sell me something bigger at the end?

Only if it would pay for itself. The memo names the next step honestly — including “you don't need a next step” when that's the right answer. We'd rather lose the upsell than the trust.

What about my data — is any of this risky?

We map it before we touch it. Before the session, we confirm exactly what data touches what tool, and you approve every connection. Nothing surprises you mid-session.

What if my workflow doesn't fit AI?

You still get the memo — and we'll be honest about where AI doesn't fit yet and where your money is better spent. A clear “not yet” is worth the $500 too.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Paid sessions are scheduled after the invoice is handled. You can reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 72 hours notice.

How is my workflow data handled after the session?

Workflow details you share are used only to run the session and produce your memo. They are not retained beyond what is needed to deliver the work, and never sold or shared with anyone else.

Next Step

Pick a workflow. Request the session. Show up.

After you request the session, 11 Mile Co reviews the workflow fit, creates the request in Patina, sends a manual invoice, and schedules the paid session once payment is handled. The prep stays focused on the workflow you chose so the session can build instead of wander.

  1. STEP 01

    Pick one workflow.

The one that hurts most, or the one that repeats most. Either works. Put it in the request and we'll shape it before the session.

  2. STEP 02

    Request the session.

Pick the single session or two-pack. We create the request in Patina, send the invoice, and schedule the paid session once payment is handled.

  3. STEP 03

    Show up & build.

Bring the workflow, your tools, and your questions. Leave with something that works — and a memo to forward.

This starts a paid working-session request. We send the invoice manually, then schedule the session once paid.

After the session, you receive a one-page memo within 48 hours and 30 days of light email follow-up. The memo may recommend no further work, a second session, a quoted Workflow Audit, or a larger AI Integration Consulting engagement if the opportunity justifies it.

Payment happens before the working session. We invoice manually in Patina, then schedule the session once paid.
