After you request the session, 11 Mile Co reviews the workflow fit, creates the request in Patina, sends a manual invoice, and schedules the paid session once payment is handled. The prep stays focused on the workflow you chose so the session can build instead of wander.

Request the session.
Pick the single session or two-pack. We create the request in Patina, send the invoice, and schedule the paid session once payment is handled.

Show up & build.
Bring the workflow, your tools, and your questions. Leave with something that works — and a memo to forward.
This starts a paid working-session request. We send the invoice manually, then schedule the session once paid.
After the session, you receive a one-page memo within 48 hours and 30 days of light email follow-up. The memo may recommend no further work, a second session, a quoted Workflow Audit, or a larger AI Integration Consulting engagement if the opportunity justifies it.
